All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email.

Order Processing

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally with some exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to remote areas and parts of Asia. The checkout process will indicate if we can ship to your location.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided:

• The item is in original, unused condition
• It is in the original packaging with all tags attached
• You include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Anti Pollution Masks
• Armbands
• Bar End Caps (if installed or used)

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or misdescribed.

Return Process

To return an item:

2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Securely package the item with the authorization number clearly marked

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except for damaged or defective items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
