Shipping Information

Order Processing: We get itโ€”you want your gear fast. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes: We partner with trusted global carriers to deliver your components and accessories.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Areas: We ship globally! However, we are unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check at checkout if we can deliver to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our bike components, accessories, and gear. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s our straightforward process to make it right.

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving your shipment.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and well-being of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns or because they are considered finished once installed/used:

  • Anti Pollution Masks
  • Armbands
  • Bar End Caps (if installed or used)

Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or misdescribed.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Get Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship It: Mail the package to the address below. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item.

International Returns

We cannot accept returns from remote areas and parts of Asia where we do not ship. For all international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
