Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Anti Pollution Masks (due to personal hygiene concerns)
- Armbands (worn close to skin)
- Bar End Caps (if installed/used)
- Any items that show signs of use, installation, or are not in original condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.

International Returns
Please note that we cannot accept returns from remote areas and parts of Asia where we do not ship. For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
