Change your valves, change your life. Reserve is rewriting the future of tubeless systems with the introduction of the Fillmore valve, a completely new take on tubeless valve designs. The patented Reserve Fillmore valve represents a game-changing leap forward in technology, with a design that eliminates the traditional, delicate, clog-inciting valve core of yesteryear.
Main features:
- High flow: 3X air flow makes seating tires a snap.
- No clog: eliminates clogging and busts through dry sealant.
- Micro-adjust: airs down to the perfectly dialed tire pressure.
- Direct-inject: coreless design for no-fuss injection of sealant.
Features:
- Sold as pair.
- 50 mm valves fits rims 18-28 mm deep.
- Lifetime warranty for the original owner.
- No special pump needed. Fillmore uses the same standard pump interface as the Presta valve.
- Compatible with tire inserts.
Installation instructions:
Installing Fillmore Valves is just as easy as installing Presta or Schrader valves on your wheels.
- Remove your tire from your tubeless rim. Dispose of sealant and wipe rim clean
- Unscrew and remove existing valve
- Unscrew Fillmore valve cap completely and remove nut from existing valve
- Push Fillmore valve through valve opening in rim
- Thread valve nut onto body of Fillmore valve
- Mount tire onto rim
- Use fine tipped sealant bottle or injector to add sealant through Fillmore
- Attach pump and inflate tire to manufacturer specification
- Screw Fillmore valve cap over valve end and secure
- Go ride!
Wheel compatibility:
Fillmore Valves are designed to be a quick and easy upgrade to the standard valves on a range of aluminum and carbon wheels. To make it easier to get the right fit for your wheel, check the compatibility chart (.pdf file in description) organized by manufacturer and wheel model. For rims not listed, please refer to rim manufacturer’s website for rim depth information. 50 mm valves will fit max 28 mm deep rims.
