Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Arcadia, US, within 1-2 business days. We offer two reliable shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for when you need your gear quickly.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for larger orders and planned upgrades.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to cyclists globally. However, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote areas and parts of Asia. If you have a specific question about delivery to your location, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
For orders shipped via our Standard Shipping option (DHL/FedEx), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package every step of the way. Free Shipping (EMS) orders may also be trackable depending on the destination country’s postal service.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
